We bought several beautiful rugs 6 years ago from Rug Expo. One of them is in a higher traffic area and needed to be cleaned. We brought the 7' by 10' rug to Rug Expo for their hand washing/cleaning. The cleaning took about a week and the results exceeded our expectations. We will take out other rugs there as needed.

I was referred to this business by a friend who brings her decorative Moroccan rugs here for cleaning. I brought two antique rugs in major need of repairs including some sewing. Both came out flawless! In fact, my antique Tibetan tiger rug had come from a home with dogs and had stains. After the first cleaning it still needed more love, so they graciously cleaned it again and it came out nearly completely restored. Incredible customer service and helpful phone calls to follow up on the status. To top it off, they're fairly priced and also sell a gorgeous selection of rugs. I will not take my rugs anywhere else.

I came here to have my area rug cleaned. I appreciate the quick response to my questions and how helpful Lily was on the phone. Another company said they wouldn’t clean my type of rug for some reason so I’m grateful for their help. They also cut a rug pad for me and I’m extremely happy with the service.

SUPPORT LOCAL AND SAVE HERE!!!! We went home with a gorgeous rug at an unbelievable price that we know would have been multiple times more expensive at Restoration Hardware, Room & Board, Pottery Barn, West Elm, etc. Beautiful selection and super helpful customer service. Cecilia was so lovely and charming. So happy we chose to visit!

As soon as we pulled up to the building we knew this was going to be the place we'd find our rug. It's an older building, don't let that throw you, but you can see the huge numbers of options when you walk through the door. Lily and Joshua were so kind, professional and truly seemed to care about finding us just the right rug in our budget, which was very low considering we were looking for an 8x10 rug. After looking through a myriad of options we came upon the perfect rug and frankly were blown away by the more than fair price for a hand tufted 100% wool rug. They were also willing to hold onto if for a for a few days until we could pick it up. Overall 10 out of 10 experience!!

Javier and Beijing did a fantastic job helping me select the perfect carpet the colors with the couch and my accent walls are just absolutely perfect and the quality of the carpet is very nice.. so glad I didn’t try and do this “Online“. Also, the selection of carpets is just tremendous.
